商务信函是企业在进行商务活动过程中所使用的非常重要的一种沟通媒介。商务信函的翻译工作对企业的经营,乃至发展前景都是至关重要的,翻译工作者因此也面临着巨大的挑战。现就商务信函翻译中需要注意的问题探讨如下。
商业书信的书写目的一般是为了建立商业联系、办理推销产品等业务,其目的极其明确,因此,行文要求简洁、用语亲切而礼貌、内容善意而积极。正文通常分三部分:开头直述写信目的;中间阐述原因,详细说明情况;结尾表明期望等意愿。现将正文中常用的语句摘录如下,以便翻译时参考。
