The criteria for identifying first-time home buyers have been adjusted.
认定首套房购房者的标准做了调整。
As long as they or their spouse do not own a home in the city where they wish to purchase a new home, home buyers will be considered first-time home buyers when applying for a mortgage loan.
只要购房者或其配偶在其想要购买新房的城市没有自己的房子，他们在申请按揭贷款时就会被视为首套房购房者。
