委员会译作 Committee 或 Commission。
党的各级委员会译作 Committee，如：中国共产党北京市委员会译作 Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China。
通过选举产生的，或者在某一行政区域之内、某一机构之下的专设部门或派出机构一般译作 Committee，如：北京市人民代表大会农村委员会译作 Rural Affairs Committee of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress。
相对独立、承担有一定普适性管理职能的委员会一般译作 Commission，如：北京市教育委员会译作 Beijing Municipal Education Commission。
局一般译作 Bureau 或 Administration 。如：北京市商务局译作 Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau，北京市中医管理局译作 Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine。
行政管理性质的管理委员会一般译作 Commission，如：北京市城市管理委员会译作 Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Management。
处译作 Division，如：信息调研处译作 Information and Research Division。
公共场所的“管理处”译作 Management Office，如：颐和园管理处译作 Beijing Summer Palace Management Office。
行政机构中履行执法职能的总队、大队、中队等一律译作 Unit，其级别自然体现在所属机构的行政级别，如：北京市公安局治安总队译作 Public Order Unit of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau。
协会译作 Association，联合会译作 Federation，学会译作 Society 或 Institute。
集团公司译作 Group，有限公司译作 Co., Ltd.，控股公司译作 Holdings Company 或 Holdings Co.,Ltd.。
北京市委、市政府下设部门通常用 Municipal，如：中共北京市委教育工作委员会译作 Education Commission of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China。
属于北京市属机关的机构或者其他机构，虽含有“北京市”字样，但通常不用 Municipal，如：北京市消费者协会译作 Beijing Consumers Association。

组织机构的从属关系应描述清晰完整，如：北京市昌平区人力资源和社会保障局译作 Beijing Changping District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security。
市、区作为地域概念修饰词时译作 Municipal 和 District，直接放在被修饰的名词如“局、委”之前，而不采用介词短语的方式，如：密云区公安局译作 Miyun District Public Security Bureau。
有多重从属属性的组织机构，在名称翻译时，应尽量避免重复使用介词，如：中国共产主义青年团北京市丰台区委员会译作 Beijing Fengtai District Committee of Communist Youth League of China。
尽量不用定冠词，如：北京市西城区人民政府外事侨务办公室译作 Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Beijing Xicheng District People’s Government。
组织机构名称中有“中国共产党”“中国人民政治协商会议”等国家级固定名词的，须加上定冠词。如：中共北京市委办公厅译作 General Office of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China。
各级党组织书记译作 Party Secretary。
主席译作 Chairman（男性）或 Chairwoman（女性）。
委员会主任译作 Chairman（男性）或 Chairwoman（女性）。主任（厅局级）译作 Director-General，主任（处级）译作 Director。
局长（厅局级）译作 Director-General，局长（处级）译作 Director。
“副”职一般宜译作 Deputy，党组织副书记译作 Deputy Party Secretary，副市长译作 Deputy Mayor，副区长译作 Deputy District Mayor，副主任译作 Deputy Director，副处长译作 Deputy Division Director。
按照惯例，部分“副”职可译作 Vice，如：副院长译作 Vice President。“常务副”职可译作 Executive Deputy 或 Executive Vice，如：常务副市长译作 Executive Deputy Mayor。
Vice 或 Deputy 后不带连字符“-”。
综合管理类公务员职级一般用 Level +罗马数字表示，如：一级巡视员译作 Level I Bureau Rank Official，一级调研员译作 Level I Division Rank Official，一级主任科员译作 Level I Principal Staff Member。
专业技术职称不区分性别，如：一级演员无论男女均译作 Level I Actor。
技术等级一般用 Level +罗马数字表示，如：一级教师译作 Level I Teacher，二级公证员译作 Level II Notary。
1. 党政机关名称的英文译写应符合GB/T 30240.1的规定，仅用于对外交流，不应使用于机关名称标牌。
2. 组织机构名称、职务职称的英文书写应符合英语国家的书写规范和使用习惯。
3. 组织机构名称中实词首字母大写，连字符“-”后首字母大写，如：住房和城乡建设委员会译作 Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development。
4. 职务职称作为专有名词时，实词首字母大写，连字符“-”后首字母大写，如：秘书长译作 Secretary-General。
5. 需要换行的，断行时应保持单词以及意义单位的完整，尽量避免词中换行，无法避免的，应按音节分开，使用连接符“-”，连接符置于第一行行末。
